I went to domino’s Clyde on Berwick and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I entered the store and was immediately greeted with a smile and a plea sent individual named Joel Stanton who’s name I asked for to leave this review, his customer service skills where absolutely fantastic and had my food to me within 5 minutes of ordering! Will most definitely be coming back to this store :))

This review is mainly to acknowledge the absolutely outstanding Customer service received by Joel. I called the store to order and ask a question. The moment Joel took the call I could hear how professional, friendly and how amazing his Customer service was. He was so patient and answered every question with no hesitation. Then when I went into store it was the same friendly approach. It is really hard to find that kind of Customer service in take away stores. Joel genuinely sounds like he takes so much care and pride with his work and really that is a huge advantage for the business. We need more people like Joel hospitality!

Such a perfect pizza I have ever had from dominos since quite a long time! Absolutely loved the perfection. Thank you for taking and preparing the order in such a perfect manner! Definitely coming back.

Unfortunately the review service I was asked to use isn't working on my phone, so I thought I'd leave the review here. Berwick domino's is always wonderful service food and atmosphere. Whilst I didn't catch the guys name, the employee working the counter tonight 7/3 at 9.30pmish was really friendly and great service. I will definitely continue coming back! Ps. The food is so yum

I've made multiple good reviews from clyde domino's, but tonight I paid extra for cheesy crust, on half price Tuesday, for pick up not delivery. Crust was burnt, very unhappy

The pizzas and garlic bread were hot out of the oven when we got them and were really delicious! Toppings were generous too! Staff were friendly and time efficient given they were quite busy thanks so much for the great pizza!

The only thing I would say is that when I put my order in for 5pm pickup, they don't start cooking until then. So if you're planning a pickup do it at least 15mins before you get there. Less wait time. Pizzas are good from here.
